What You'll Be Expected To Do-

• Carry out high-quality plastering in line with project timelines
• Preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring a clean, professional workspace
• Engaging with clients and residents respectfully and professionally
• Adhering to all on-site health & safety and PPE regulations

What We’re Looking For-

• Minimum 3 years of professional plastering experience with NVQ Level 2 qualification, or 5 years professional plastering experience
• Experience on Social Housing and Reactive maintenance / Void property works Preferred but not essential as training can be provided
• Strong technical knowledge and a high standard of finish
• Ability to use hand held PDA to update ongoing works
• Ability to work at height and bring your own basic tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and take pride in your work
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Confident in managing van stock
• Full Clean Driving License
